Kent  The nominee must be a Fellow in the Society; nomination form must be accompanied by a nominating letter, a current curriculum vitae and two letters of endorsement.
  Kleemeier   The nominee must be a Fellow in the Society; nomination form must be accompanied by a nominating letter, a current curriculum vitae and two letters of endorsement. 
Polisher The nominee must be nominated or endorsed by a GSA member.
Pollack Nominations must include a curriculum vitae, two letters of endorsement and a short narrative that justifies the award.
Baltes Nominations must include a CV and a nominating letter; international award not restricted to GSA members.
